Due to the nature of of our business we generally do not accept returns unless an error is made on our part. We want all of our retailers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you feel like your order should be returned please contact us.
Domestic Shipping: Estimated transit times are shown for convenience at checkout. This does not include our standard processing time of 5-10 business days. RTS (Ready to Ship) items ship within 3-5 business days. International Orders: Shipment arrival for international orders vary by country but typically ranges from 5-14 business days once the order ships. Please note we cannot control customs delays and while it is rare, packages may take 3-5 weeks to deliver to International destinations. If you need a guaranteed service please select UPS as a carrier.
